Terms of Use
Effective August 21, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Ossory's invitation-only workspace. In these Terms, "Ossory," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the service and its operators, and "you" means the person using an authorized account. Ossory is a private business system, not a public or consumer service.
Acceptance and eligibility
By selecting Sign in after being shown notice of these Terms, or by accessing or using the workspace, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. You represent that you are at least 18 years old, are authorized to access Ossory, and have authority to act for any organization on whose behalf you use the workspace.
Authorized access
Ossory does not offer public registration. Access is limited to accounts expressly approved by Ossory's operators. Credentials, verification methods, and sessions are personal and non-transferable. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and promptly report suspected compromise or unauthorized access.
Permitted use
You may use Ossory only for authorized internal business purposes and within the scope of access granted to you. You are responsible for your use of the service, the content you submit, the permissions needed to use that content, and compliance with applicable law, source restrictions, contractual duties, and internal policies.
Confidentiality and account security
Workspace content, methods, credentials, and non-public system information are confidential unless Ossory expressly authorizes their disclosure. You may not share restricted information with an unauthorized person, export it to an unapproved system, or use another person's account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
Submitted content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Ossory and its service providers a limited right to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and support the authorized service. You may not submit content unless you have the right and authority to do so.
Do not submit consumer financial account data, Social Security numbers, medical records, credentials, export-controlled information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data unless Ossory has expressly approved the use and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Research and generated output
Ossory may use automated systems and service providers to retrieve, organize, summarize, or propose information. Output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Sources, regulatory records, model-generated hypotheses, and human-confirmed claims must remain distinct, and material conclusions require human review. Ossory does not provide legal, financial, environmental, safety, engineering, or other professional advice.
External sources and services
Public availability does not necessarily grant unrestricted rights to collect, reproduce, or use information. You must respect applicable source terms, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, and data-protection requirements. Some Ossory functions rely on third-party identity, infrastructure, database, search, or AI services. Those services may be governed by separate agreements and may change or become unavailable.
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- Access or attempt to access an account, record, system, or network without authorization.
- Bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with service operation.
- Introduce malicious code or use the service to violate law or another person's rights.
- Misrepresent automated output as verified fact or remove source and review context.
- Use scraped or inferred information for automated outreach without required human review.
- Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the service except as law permits.
Ownership
Ossory and its operators retain their rights in the service, including its software, interfaces, documentation, methods, and branding, excluding content owned by authorized users or third parties. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as expressly authorized.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time to protect the service, respond to a security event, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. When access ends, you must stop using the workspace and preserve, return, or delete confidential material as directed. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
Service availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ossory disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that workspace content, external sources, or generated output will be complete, accurate, current, or fit for a particular decision. These disclaimers do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ossory and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from or related to the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms and update their effective date. Material changes apply prospectively after notice to authorized users, and we may require renewed acceptance before further use.
General
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the documents they expressly reference state the agreement concerning authorized access to Ossory unless a separate written agreement applies.
